Conditions for using FormPDFKit tools, templates and guides for legitimate printed-form preparation.

FormPDFKit provides general blank-form design tools and related guides. By using the site, you agree to use it responsibly and to review the document you create before distributing it.
Permitted use
You may use the tools to prepare legitimate school admission, employment and registration paperwork. You are responsible for the questions, instructions, images and other material you choose, and for obtaining permission to use an institution's logo or other protected material. Do not use the site to impersonate an institution, create deceptive documents, distribute unlawful material or interfere with the service.
The institution's requirements come first
A general template does not replace a school's, employer's or organizer's actual requirements. Review the form with the responsible institution, including the questions asked, attachment instructions, signature requirements and how completed paper records will be handled. The site does not submit applications, confirm eligibility, accept payments or make admission or recruitment decisions.
Downloads and printing
Current downloads are static blank PDFs for printing, not interactive submission forms or saved editable projects. Confirm the selected paper size, check every page and print a sample. Browser fonts, printer margins, scaling and other device settings can affect the output. The designer does not save your current edits after the tab is closed or refreshed.
Website content and reader comments
Guides provide general practical information about document preparation and the current tools. Do not treat them as legal, employment or admissions advice for a particular institution. If comments are enabled, submit relevant material you are entitled to share. We may moderate comments for spam, private information, abuse or irrelevance.
Availability and changes
We may revise tools, templates and guides or interrupt access for maintenance. We do not promise continuous availability or suitability for every institution. Keep your own final PDFs and original logo files where appropriate. Material errors can be reported through Contact.
