Reporting a problem
Include the page address, the browser and device you used, and a short description of what you expected to happen. For a PDF issue, mention A4 or Legal, the selected design and whether the problem appears in the live preview, downloaded PDF or only on a printed copy.
A blank sample or a screenshot with private information removed can help explain a layout problem. Do not send completed student forms, identity documents, passwords, financial details or private school records. The school logo and example wording should be information you are authorized to share.
Corrections and accessibility
Tell us which wording or control is difficult to understand or use. If a guide needs correction, include its title and the specific statement. Clear examples help distinguish a content problem from a printer, browser or device setting.
Applications and official records
FormPDFKit is a document-design tool, not a school admissions office, employer or event registration service. We cannot submit an application, change an institution's records, confirm admission or check whether a completed form has been received. Contact the intended institution directly for those requests.
