How FormPDFKit handles local form designs, visitor statistics, comments, administration and future advertising.
Last updated: 3 November 2026.
This policy describes the current FormPDFKit website. It distinguishes information processed only by the public form designer from information sent when you visit pages, post a comment or contact us. Questions can be sent to contact@formpdfkit.com.
Form designs and local images
School details, field labels, logos and watermark images selected in the public designer are processed in your current browser tab. The designer generates the blank PDF locally. It does not upload those images or form designs to our server, save them to an application account or collect student answers. Closing or refreshing the tab discards the current design.
Files you download are stored on your device according to your browser and device settings. You control where those files are kept and whom you share them with. An institution receiving completed hardcopies is responsible for its own handling of the answers written on them.
Website requests and operational information
Opening a page sends ordinary connection information, including your IP address and browser request details, to the hosting infrastructure. The application records request paths, status and timing for operation and troubleshooting. Infrastructure services may handle additional connection and security logs. Do not include private information in page URLs.
First-party visitor statistics
The CMS records aggregate page views, referring website domains, broad traffic sources and an approximate country when trusted infrastructure supplies it. It estimates visitor counts using a pseudonymous hash derived from a shortened network address and browser signal. The analytics database does not store the raw IP address for this purpose and does not set a public analytics cookie.
The hash changes with a monthly time component. The application periodically removes visitor-hash entries older than approximately 100 days; aggregate counts may remain longer. Recognized bots, administrative pages and visits sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals are excluded from these application statistics. These exclusions do not prevent the infrastructure from processing a request needed to deliver the website.
Reader comments
Where comments are enabled, submitting a comment sends the name, email address and comment text you enter to the server. The system also stores hashed network and browser identifiers for spam and abuse protection. Submitted comments enter moderation. An approved name and comment may be displayed publicly; the email address is not part of the public comment display.
Avoid including personal records or information about students in a comment. Contact us about a published comment that needs review. Copies may remain in private backups until those backups are replaced or removed.
Administrator accounts and media
Administrator email addresses, password hashes and expiring sessions are stored in PostgreSQL. Essential administration cookies support sign-in and request security. Account permissions restrict access to publishing, media and backup controls. Files intentionally uploaded through the administrator media library are public site assets; this is separate from images selected privately inside the public form designer.
Advertising and third-party services
At this policy update, Google AdSense and Google Analytics are not enabled on public pages. First-party CMS statistics operate as described above. No advertising approval is implied by the availability of advertising settings in the CMS.
If Google advertising is enabled, Google and other participating vendors may use cookies to personalize ads based on visits to this and other websites. Google explains its partner-site data practices in How Google uses information. Personalized-ad preferences can be managed through Google My Ad Center. Advertising disclosures and any required consent controls must reflect the services actually enabled at that time.
Contact, retention and updates
Email you send is handled by the email providers involved in delivery. Do not send completed forms, sensitive attachments or account passwords. We retain operational and account information for website administration, security and necessary records; private backup copies may outlast the active records. This website does not offer a public user account or saved-design history for students.
We update this page when the website's data practices change. Contact contact@formpdfkit.com with a privacy question and identify the relevant page or interaction without including unnecessary sensitive information.
